A pool of crystal-clear water
Right at the entrance, the cavern presented a crossroad: on the left there was a big tunnel from which they could hear the laments of the animal, on the right a tiny shaft branched off from the light-coloured rock.
White calcification structures, with red-purple hues, that looked like hair were hanging down from the ceiling of the cavern. These colours were given by the ground above, which was rich in iron ore. The latter would melt down during the rain showers and subsequently pass through the ground. Some of them were hanging over their heads.
On top of that, bigger and smaller holes would open up on different levels.
