I couldn’t believe the Alpha asked me to do this. Actually, it felt great and I felt honoured by him trusting me with his precious daughter. On the other hand, it was annoying to need to follow her around, but Cayden was on a date with Katie anyway, so I had nothing to do.
It was kind of nice talking to Serena’s grandparents. I am sure it feels good to have a big and loving family. It made me sad that I had never experienced that. At least I didn’t remember.
