Mate

In the disciplinarian's office, I sat opposite Maya as we were made to write apology letters to each other. Well, that's what happen when you get into a fight. I quickly finished mine and handed it over to Mr Phillip, the disciplinarian master. He asked me to give it to Maya and see if she was satisfied with it and she do the same. I frowned and handed it over to her casually. Without looking at it, she told me it wasn't sincere and I should write another one while she just played with her pen absentmindedly looking at the piece of paper in front of her. After a while she handed it to me and the words I saw were [YOU JUST WAIT AND SEE b***h, I'LL f*****g MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL UNTIL YOU LEAVE THIS SCHOOL!] I felt her glare on me as I read it. My lips curved slightly, I started to write. I already started it though, knowing Maya, nothing I say would make her give up on making her enemy. I just have to be mentally prepared and maybe act tough. [I'm waiting Maya, You make me leave or I'll make you] I wrote, drawing a smiley at the end as if we did not just threaten each other. I passed the piece of paper to her, she read it and looked at me coldly. I stood up proudly and lowered myself again so I could whisper to her "Take the challenge If you're sure you can defeat me without your lycan powers in this fight. Of course it only has to be fair" I said feeling smug as i saw her agitated look and of course I didn't miss the evil glint in her eyes. She was probably planning something cruel for me. "We are both satisfied with the letters" I announced making Mr Phillip raise his head to look at me then he nodded and beckoned for me to come. "Take this books to the principal's office" I stared at the piles of books I was asked to take and sighed. This definately was punishment. I gritted my teeth and bent down to carry the books. It was so heavy! I carried them out slowly and gently so the books wouldn't drop and started my torturous walk to the principal's office. I could see the door just close by and sighed in relief, I couldn't wait to dump this books in there. My hands were already sore. I got to the door and manage to stretch my other hands to open it but it suddenly opened from the inside and then boom... I collided hard with someone and I fell, my books went flying in different directions. I sat there feeling my anger rise but I tried to control it thinking the person would apologize and I'll forget. After all he was the one who bumped into me without looking. I saw the white canvas shoes of the person still standing in front of me and waited to hear an apology which never came. I only saw those shoes turn and started to walk away. I felt the anger I was keeping inside resurfacing again. Not even a word?! How can he just leave like that? I gritted my teeth and quickly stood up "Heyy!" I saw him pause with his back to me and I walked over to him angrily starting my lash out. "Don't you have manners at all? At least say sorry when you bump into... " I stood there stunned when he suddenly turned around with a cold glare "... Someone" I completed my sentence gulping heavily. I didn't mind that he was looking at me coldly because I was so mesmerized with the strikingly handsome face in front of me. God! He was so handsome that I forgot to breathe the moment he turned around. My heart started to beat faster as those pairs of golden colored eyes looked at me. My wolf stirred in me and was getting super excited which I wondered why? My eyes trailed from his beautiful blonde hair, perfectly carved brows, his straight pointed nose down to his red heartshaped lips and that was when I heard the word 'Mate' in my head. I froze, completely shocked as I stood there like a statue. My eyes bulging out. No, no, no... I'm not eighteen yet. There should be a mistake somewhere. "Are you done staring like a clown?" His deep melodic voice brought me back to my senses and I quickly covered my mouth that was hanging open in the earlier shock and suddenly remembered I was suppose to be angry. "You didn't apologize" I managed to say quickly composing myself as I thought about how he didn't say even a word and just left after bumping into me. He gave me a once over look and said "Why should I apologize to you?" "Hah" I scoffed "You bumped into me so hard and you're asking why you should apologize. Seriously?" "Yes?" He replied nonchalantly My eyes widened in surprise. I never thought he would be so outright rude. I glared and decided to leave it as it is. I could not fight him anyway. "Such an arrogant, rude, grumpy jerk" I gritted my teeth and mumbled turning around to go when I felt my arm being pulled roughly and my back slammed to the wall. I felt the pain and vibration in my body as I looked up to meet his cold gaze "What did you just call me?" Poor ignorant me met his gaze fearlessly and repeated my words "What? I called you an arrogant jerk because you are one" He seemed to be in a daze for a very short while then chuckled and used his fingers to trace down the sides of my cheeks. I almost purred, my wolf not me though enjoying the slight skin contact and urging me to just pounce on him but hell no! There's no way I'll do that "I hope you're this brave the next time we meet" He said and stepped back from me. Dipping his hands in his pocket, he walked away coolly. I glared at his back as he walked away and stared at the mess on the floor. I groaned and started to pick the books...
