We walked for a while down the forest road, when a car came down from the direction of the house. Coming to pick me up to take me to the house. With Sage fully awakened after my mating, I felt more energised and stronger, but I had to remind myself constantly that I had to keep her a secret. I had to pretend to still be human, although I have caught several wolve that walked with us, sniffing at me, including my father. I pretended not to notice, but I could see his concerned frown from here. I knew he wanted details of my capture and where Max and his rogues were held up, but I wouldn’t do that.
