I know what Ross is thinking. I’m such a pig, eating so much! And then suggesting that I might be pregnant? In his defense, I suppose I brought up the idea, since I mentioned I hadn’t been this hungry since I was last pregnant. But that was later on in the pregnancy, certainly not so much at the beginning before there are no other signs!
I have been with no other wolf since that one night with Ross, because I was trying to wait patiently for my fated mate. If I had known it was Ross all along, I might not have bothered. And it’s not like there wasn’t any interest from the male wolf population in Emerald pack, because there most certainly was! And it was more than just Eric, although he really was the most persistent of my suitors.
