I had the best time with Maddox. He taught me how to set traps, let me drive the quad, and made me laugh so hard my belly hurt. At one point, tears streamed down my cheeks, and I couldn't breathe from how hard I laughed. The guy was a kid at heart, and it was impossible not to get sucked into his world.
I couldn't remember the last time I had so much fun. In the human realm, I was always so focused on work that I never had time just to let loose. It really made me see life differently, and for the first time, I didn't feel like a prisoner here.
