"Where are you going?" Hayley asked when Jerry walk pass in front of her, seems in a rush and face in deep scowl. She heard the commotion in the kitchen but she didn't dare to interrupt the two as they seems having a serious conversation. "Don't wait for me." Jerry said when he's about to reach the front door. "Jerry wait!" Liam called, running after the guy. "I'm going with you." "Don't bother, I can go alone." Jerry hissed and continue his way. "I insist." Liam said stubbornly and give his wife a quick peck on her lips that leaves Hayley dumbfounded. When the two got inside the car, Jerry didn't waste any second and he sped away using his new car that he never got a chance to use. A Rolls-Royce Sweptail, which he bought after he came back from Australia. "This is cool." Liam said amusedly. He's too amazed at the car to noticed that Jerry was driving too fast, fast enough to break the maximum 80km/h speed limit in the highway. "I should buy one for me once I get my paycheck." "You're the Boss, dumbass." Jerry scoffed but his eyes still on the road, looking for Jayvee's car ahead, until they reached the busiest road in Korea. Myeong-dong shopping street, The area is full of shops selling face cream and masks, clothes shops and small restaurants. This street is always overcrowded, but particularly at night, when the street food stalls appear. It is quite atmospheric, but it gets annoying if you don't like crowded places. And since it's still 4 PM in the afternoon, the street wasn't that crowded, they could still cross it without hitting someone or something in their speed. "Right, I forgot." Liam said as he's looking out the window. "I should bring Hayley and Akisha here sometimes, this place is better at night." "I shouldn't tagged you." Jerry sneered. "Why? You need me tho." Liam said. "You looked like a kid who just got to see the outside world." "Indeed." Liam chuckled while still watching the road. "There they are!" He said when he saw Jayvee's car, parked in front of the restaurant. The restaurant where he and Hayley first met, where Jerry and Rosie saw each other and clicked instantly. "I knew she'll choose this place." Jerry said before turning the car into the parking lot, he parked his car next to Jayvee's car before they both stepped out. "Wait me here." "I'm coming with you." Liam still insisted and since Jerry has no time to play with Liam, he just decided to ignore the latter and proceed inside the restaurant. "Welcome back, Mr. Kim and Mr. Manoban." The receptionist greets happily as soon as they both entered. "Hi, I'm sorry but you know Rosie Park, right?" Jerry asked. "Oh of course, yes sir. She's actually here with... Mr. Jayvee." It's obvious that the receptionist was a hesitated about mentioning Jayvee's name because they knew Rosie and Jerry had past relationship and it went horrible ended. Jerry is a member of the Royal family in Korea and when his canceled wedding with Rosie Park broke out in television, it became a huge news and became the talk of the entire country. Rosie and Jerry's parents had a talk on that day of the incident, both parties decided to wait till the issue dies down, Park's was forced to go back to Australia on the same day, while the Kim's tried to deal with the issue in silent because their business got affected. Until after one month, they finally had controlled to everything and Jerry acts like nothing happened. Is he an asshole for everyone's eyes after ditching Rosie to their wedding? The answer is Yes, but he doesn't care at all. Not after he realized that he can't afford to lose Rosie, but the time he realized that, he's too late. "Thank you." Liam said with a warm smile before he pushed Jerry inside the restaurant on his both shoulder. "6 o'clock." He whispered. "I should talk to my cousin." "What? No! We're not here for that. We have to get more evidence that he's hurting Rosie before we confront him." Liam pulled Jerry with him to the other side of the place, not too far from the couple, but not too close either. It was just enough space to hear their conversation. The waitress approached them and gasped exaggeratedly upon seeing the two member of Kim and Manoban's royal family, gaining the attention of other customers. Jerry quickly glance at the table where Rosie and Jayvee seems having an argument. "Shh.. We're in a date and we're hiding from the media." Liam said, getting Jerry's attention back at him. "What the f**k?" "Kidding, but I'll be happy if you serve us like normal people." "We aren't normal?" Jerry asked ludicrously. "Oh c'mon, just shut your mouth." Liam hissed and smiled at the waitress. "One milk coffee and one hot chocolate drink please." "I'm sorry." The waitress said giddily. "Is that all mr. Manoban?" She asked, blinking her eyes rapidly, as if she's trying to act cute in front of the two. "Uh.. do you have eye problem?" Liam asked worriedly. The waitress felt embarrassed for how she acted and she laugh awkwardly. "No, I'm sorry Sir." "Nah, it's alright and please bring us newspaper too." After the waitress left their table, Jerry nudged Liam's side. "Why do you need the newspaper?" He asked. "Have you ever not watched any movies? Of course we needed that to cover ourselves from them." Liam said. "Not when they are already looking at us." Jerry shakes his head. Jayvee clenched his fist tightly before standing from his chair. "Here he comes." He whispered. "Are you following us?" Jayvee asked as he leaned his body forward, pressing both of his palm on the table. "Why would we? Are you gold?" Liam asked mockingly, making Jayvee pissed off even more. Jerry chuckled to that but he stayed looking behind Jayvee to avoid his cousin's gaze, not because he's scared of him, it's to avoid triggering the anger inside him and he might pull the gun and shoot the traitor in front of him. "Well, if that's the case, be my guest then." Jayvee said as he leaned back, eyes pierced at Jerry. "I guess you're here to see how happy we are." Jerry scoffed and finally met Jayvee's gaze, he leaned back to his chair as he squared his shoulder. "Is that so? Then I'm happy for the both of you." He smiled in obvious fake. "Now, if you'll excuse me, my date is here." Liam a bit surprised to that but he didn't show it to the guy in front, he smiled at Jayvee before he followed Jerry with his gaze. Jayvee didn't know wether he'll walk back to their table after he felt like a fool for assuming that the two were following them or stay to stood his ground and not hurt his dignity. "Please act like you're my date." Jerry whispered as soon as he approached the woman. "Jerry?" Hannah looked so surprised to see the guy, moreover the words that Jerry said to her. She looked behind and saw Jayvee, even if the guy's back facing her, she knew that it's her ex boyfriend. "I see." She said then clings onto Jerry's arm as they both walked back to the table where Liam is looking at them in relief. "Liam, meet Hannah." Jerry introduced and he quickly caught Jayvee's attention upon hearing that name. He turned around and met the eyes of the woman he dumped just because he met Rosie in the middle of his tour. The woman smiled to him and turned into an smirk before her gaze shifted to Liam. "Hi, it was finally nice to meet you." Hannah said cheerfully, extending her arm to Liam, who quickly reach for her hand. "Uh hi, my pleasure to meet you too, Hannah." Liam said awkwardly. "Hannah.." Jayvee mumbled, earning the attention of the three. "Uh, do I know you? Is he your friend?" Hannah asked confusedly while pointing at the guy. "What do you mean? I'm Jayvee!" "Oh, I know you. Aren't you the soloist Idol? Wow honey, I didn't know that you have a celebrity friend!" Liam and Jerry both got choked in the air but quickly composed themselves as they both laugh. "Uh he's actually an asshole— I mean, a traitor— oh my bad. What I really mean is he's my cousin." Jerry said and this time, Liam couldn't hold back his laughter. "Oh, is that so?" Hannah giggled. "But sadly, I'm not really fond to any celebrities." She said and turned to Jerry. "I'm kind of hungry, can we eat?" "Of course, babe." Jerry pulled out a chair across Liam while smiling at the woman, totally ignoring Jayvee's present who's still in shocked after Hannah pretend that she didn't know him. "Thank you." Hannah said and she pulled Jerry's nape to kiss the guy on the corner of his lips. Liam silently gasped, Jayvee's jaw clenched as his chest rapidly up and down and lastly, there's a woman who keep controling herself not to stand up and slap Hannah. "Where is she?" Hannah whispered, pulling back Jerry to his shock. "On the left corner, the gorgeous Blondie one." "I can see her and if looks could kill, we're both probably lying on the floor by now." Hannah said and they both giggle. "Ehem." Liam cleared his throat to get their attention. "We should eat." "Yeah right, wait let me call the waiter." Jerry smiled at the woman before he sit next to her. "Thank you so much for arriving unexpectedly." He said when Jayvee returned to their table, he's furious and Hannah could tell by his red ears. "Well, it really surprised me to see you here. What are you doing here in the first place?" "Long story, but to make it easier for you to get, we're here because Jayvee is hurting my girl." Jerry explained. "We're still not sure, we haven't seen it with our own eyes." Liam said. "Do you still need to wait for that to happen before you finally believe? I've seen the bruise in Rosie's face, I saw how scared she was when Jayvee entered the kitchen, and I believe that Rosie is asking for help!" Jerry whispered hardly, not loud enough to hear from the corner table. "Wait, I remember that he did it to me several times, he abused me physically just because I don't want to go with him to his tour." Hannah said, making Liam to clenched his fist under the table. Liam looked at the table where his vest friend sits, not even trying to hide his anger anymore. He believed Jerry, but he still give Jayvee the benefit of the doubt, and after proving that the guy is abusive, there's no way he will just sit and have his chocolate drink anymore. Liam stood up, then without tearing his gaze to his best friend, he walked to them. "Let's go home, Rosie." He said and grabbed his best friend's hand. "Wait— what? Are you crazy?!" Jayvee snapped as he stood up. "What do you think you're doing right now, Liam?" "I'm taking her home and I don't want to see your face ever again." Liam said through his gritted teeth, glowering at the guy. "What the hell? What's wrong with you?" Jayvee asked confusedly, looking at Jerry and Hannah, who were just watching Liam in shock. "What's wrong with me?" Liam asked in a mocking tone. "Dude, what's wrong with you!" He asked back and shove Jayvee's shoulder. They caught everyone's attention, not because they are making a scene in a restaurant, but both have names, they are known person with influence in the industry. One is a Royal and another one is an idol, so people are living at the scene, they fishes out their phones and start filming the commotion. "You dared to lay your hands on my best friend?!" "What? I did not!" "Oh yeah? Then explain me this!" Liam turned Rosie's face to show him the bruise. "You f*****g psycho!" "Look, I admit that I accidentally hit her, but let's not make a scene here, there are lot of cameras and we both know that it will be a big trouble for all of us—." "That's why I'm taking Rosie with me and I'm calling the wedding off." Liam said firmly, he dragged Rosie with him and nod his head to Jerry, who immediately throw his car key to Liam. "See you at home." "Wait, you're not going to bring her anywhere!" Jayvee finally snapped and grab Rosie's other hand. Jerry was not having it anymore and he stood, he strut his way to Jayvee and throw a solid punch in his face, making his cousin kissed the floor. "That's for hurting my girl." Jerry scoffed. "Which girl?" Rosie snapped at him, kicking the back of his knee and Jerry fell on his knees. She then rolled her eyes at Hannah before taking back her hand from Liam and walked out of the restaurant. "What the hell was that?!" Jerry asked ludicrously. "She has a point." Hannah giggled as she helped Jerry to stand. "And that was a nice punch you gave right there." She compliment before staring down at Jayvee and giving the guy her infamous smirk. "Deserve." She spits before dragging Jerry out of the place while both laughing triumphantly. "We're not yet done, Rosie." Jayvee growled as he heaved up from the floor, glaring at her fiancé. He fishes out his phone to dial someone and after two rings, the guy on the other line answered it. "Change of plan, I need gun." He said before pressing the end button, eyes still pierced at Rosie and Jerry. ______
