I woke up the next morning, remembering absolutely everything that happened the night before. I was sober, Reece was sober, and we slept together, again. This time I remembered everything about it, how we kissed, how he touched me and how how we fit and moved perfectly together. I remember every last detail, and if I'm honest, I don't think I will ever forget it.
"Hey," a tired voice spoke next to me. This time I knew who it was, and I wasn't shocked.
"Hi," I spoke shyly. Why am I acting shy now? What is this boy doing to me?
"Did you have a good night?" He winked, and smirked, causing me to blush a deeper shade of red.
"Yeah, and by the noises you were making, you clearly did too," I shot back. Where the hell did that come from? Well wherever it came from, it took Reece's smirk straight from his face.
"Shut up River," he huffed, and sunk back into the bed, turning away from me. s**t, I need to brush my teeth, can't have him smelling my awful morning breath now can I?
I got straight up, ignoring the spinning in my head from standing up too fast, and ran to the bathroom to give them a quick brush, then ran straight back to the bed.
"Did you seriously get up just to brush your teeth?" Reece said, turning around a small bit to look at me.
"No," I said folding my arms, "I had to pee too."
"You're such a loser," he said while laughing.
"Yeah, a loser you couldn't help but have,-" I knew he would cut me off.
"RIVER, SHUT UP!" he shouted into his pillow.
"It's okay Reece," I patted his shoulder, "you just had a weak moment."
"Yeah, I've had them weak moments for the past three weeks," he said, still not looking up from his pillow.
"What?" I c****d my head, looking at the back of his head.
"Nothing, come on, time to get up, its our last day here," he said while chucking the pillow off my head.
"Fine," I huffed, then pulled myself from the bed. If I'm honest, I'm quite sad it was our last day here, I really enjoyed spending time with Reece, and his family.
After brushing my teeth once again, then having a shower, I made my way down his long flight of stairs.
"Good morning River, how are you today?" His mum came singing over to me. Why was she so happy?
"I'm good," I smiled, "and you?"
"I'm goo-, no great as a matter of fact," she perked, walking over to the oven and giving us our food.
I looked over at Reece raising my eyebrows, as he returned the gesture to me, he obviously didn't know why she was so happy either.
"Mum?" Reece called, and she hummed in response bringing over our breakfast and laying it out in front of us.
"Did something happen? You seems a bit too happy," he said, looking at her slowly.
"No nothing, I am just so happy that you two are finally together, it mak,-"
"MUM! We are not together!" Reece shrieked, causing his mum to jump. It was cute how red he turned.
"But I came upstairs last night to say goodnight, and you were on top of River kissi,-"
"MUM!" He shrieked in horror, I couldn't help but burst out laughing.
"So ye are not going out then?" She stopped what she was doing, then looked from him to me, me to him.
"Of course not, you know ma she's not my type," he said, staring intently at his mother. For some reason, this hurt, and pissed me off to the maximum it could have.
"Thanks for the breakfast, but I'm not that hungry," I said, pushing my chair back roughly and leaving, I needed to clear my head.

He had s*x with me last night, but now says I'm not his type? Did he just use me? I'm such an i***t, why did I fall for his stupid charm.
"River?" He said.
"What?" I snapped.
"Why are you ignoring me?" He asked, lying next to me on the bed.
"Why aren't I, your type Reece?" I asked, turning to look at him.
"I can't deal with questions about us River, especially not from my mum." He spoke so gently, I almost, just almost, fell for his stupid charm once again.
"You made me look like a slut," I said, turning away from him. I felt his body creep next to mine, so he was now currently spooning me.
"You know I don't think you're a slut," he said, placing kissing along my neck.
"Reece," I breathed, trying to suppress a moan.
"River," he whispered into my ear, causing me to shudder. He whipped me around, so I was now facing him, but within seconds he led me into a full make out session. Which of course, I'm not complaining about.
"I don't want to ruin what we have," he whispered huskily against my lips, "by making it complicated, do you?" He almost had me agreeing, but I'm stronger than this, a lot stronger.
"I'm not going to be somebody's toy, you either want me, or you don't Reece," I gently pushed him away from me and stood up. My clothes were already packed from last night, and Reece's mum was so kind and packed Sandy's gear as well.
"Fiesty, I like it," he said, then took my suitcase from my hands, and carried it down the stairs.
•~•~•
"I can't believe you! We're going to miss our flight!" I screeched at Reece. All because he left his comb at his house, we had to travel the whole way back to his house just to get it. Not to mention we had a crying Sandy the whole way there as well!
"Woah woman, chill the beans," he said raising his hands in a mock defence.
"You are so annoying," I huffed, crossing my arms, "and no, I will not 'chill the beans', because if we miss this flight, we're screwed," I said, sending daggers towards him.
"It's not entirely my fault, I'm sorry but its partially your fault too, if you had jus,- hey, OW!" He screeched, a very girl screech I may add.
"That's what you get, for being an i***t!" I retorted.
"Just sssshhh," he placed his pointer finger over my lips, shushing me, but all I could think was how much of an asshole he was.
•~•~•
"See I told you, we made the flight," he said as we took our seats.
"Just shut up," I huffed, placing Sandy next to me.
"You love it," he winked.
"You wish,"
"That's not what you were saying last nig,-"
"When?" A girls voce said behind us, I didn't have to turn around to know who it was.
"Kylie?" Reece said, turning around. "What the hell are you doing here?" He spat, looking at her with disgust.
"I have to go back to college too?" She pointed out in a matter of fact tone.
"River and I had s*x," he said, smirking at her.
"A-a-am, c-c-cool," she stuttered, her eye twitching in anger.
"I thought you weren't prepared to answer questions about 'us'," I whispered, careful enough so Kylie wouldn't hear.
"If there's no us, no one will ask questions," he shrugged, as if it was nothing. But for me, it hurt, it hurt a lot.
"Fine," I said quietly, and put in my ear phones.
This was going to be a long flight.
Very long.

"Finally," I collapsed on my bed as soon as we got back home. It took us longer because I had to drop Sandy back off with dad.
"I didn't mean it River." He's been trying to talk to me for the day, but I've been refusing. He had s*x with me, then told me I was nothing to him? How is that fair?
"River, please talk to me," he pleaded, but I continued to ignore him until he left.
After my shower and brushing my teeth, I finally got surrounded by the warmth of my bed and blankets, until I remembered something.
I trotted into Reece's room, and went over to where he was lying.
"Goodnight Reece," I gave him a really quick kiss on the cheek, a quick hug, then trotted back out of his room, and padded over to my bed.
I couldn't wait to get into bed, it was so warm and cozy, especially after the long flight.
Finally.
Time to sleep.
With one thing, and one thing only on my mind.
Reece.
