In order to get away from Logan and his crew of hunters and trackers, I had to run into the forest as if I was making my way out of town and then come back in from another direction. I was only hours away from Kasia’s spell wearing off me and I was getting afraid that I would get caught at some point. I didn’t care if I got caught as I made my way back into the pack house just as long as nothing connected me to my father or his house. I had come too far to get caught now
Speaking of my father, I couldn’t help wondering what they had done with him when they finally made their way to him.
