Alas, for poor Ignatius, part of his duty was to show his appreciation to Gregoire for his current occupation. Therefore, as awkward as he felt at soirees, if Gregoire called for him to attend, he could only do so with good grace.
During one such evening, Ignatius experienced a new sensation, that of seeking vengeance.
