"Okay Anna, just breathe," Savannah said and I gladly do as I was said.
"In and out, in and out." Just as I was been told.

Savannah continued saying it over and over again, in a desperate attempt to calm me down, which actually seemed to be harder than expected. But never the less, she stood there right beside me, inhaling and exhaling with me.
With my eyes closed, I try to do what she tells me to do, but I just wasn't getting any calmer. This was not working. Immediately I open my eyes and just stare at her.
