I walked out to my front room, nervously smoothing my dress down. It was time in six hours our clothing designs would be displayed and available for purchase. I pause, fighting back the nauseous feeling. I was excited but also terrified. My brother sat at my kitchen table, looking over our website for the millionth time. His face looked ashen as he rechecked his work. "Are you ready?" My voice makes him freeze and he looks up at me as if I am dragging him to his death. He gives a solemn nod before we head to his car.
