Tylon did as I told him. I reached out and grabbed around the long claw that had gotten stuck in his right shoulder. I had literally bit the male’s hand off and now it was stuck in Tylon’s shoulder. He and I were barely wearing anything but our pants. We were both bleeding from too many wounds that sadly would take a bit longer to heal, since they were caused by other dragons, but at least we didn’t lie dead on the ground like the other two not far from us. Laelia’s brothers were surrounding us. They had told me what happened, and I now understood. It had all been a distraction. Tylon and I were the only ones who could have stopped my mother, and so she had us “occupied” while she took off with Laelia. That b!tch!
