We arrived at the cave about ten minutes ago. When we got here Kaleb was already here he said that Mason had to stay behind to make sure he knew where the Alphas were at all time. My heart was pounding hard in my chest which I wondered if Markus could hear it. I felt Markus give my hand a gentle squeeze which answered my unasked question. I look up at him to find him already looking at me. He gives me a small smile and I return it.
