(Kitiana)

For three days we had been in our rooms making love and f*****g. I say both because one round we are making love and the next we are f*****g like rabbits. Finally, my heat is over, and I can't wait to go outside and check on the pack. I get up from the bed and walk to the bathroom to do my morning routine. When I'm done I look at my naked body in the mirror. I have bruises in certain spots of my body which have already started to heal. I smirk turning away from the mirror and turn on the shower. The memories of the last three days running through my mind. I don't regret anything, but only wonder why they didn't mark me. Maybe they weren't ready for such a big step.

Once I finished washing my hair, shaving and washing my body I get out of the shower and dry myself. I wear my clothes which consist of my underwear, bra, a pair of shorts, and tank top. I then go out of the bathroom and put on a pair of sneakers before brushing my hair and heading down the stairs to the kitchen. There Jazmine, Elena, Leyla, Mason, Kaleb and my mates are having breakfast at the table. I see the girl that was eyeing my mates like a piece of meat when I woke up in the hospital. She's by the counter fixing food. As soon as I enter everyone looks at me and smiles.

"Hey" Leyla smiles. Before I could say anything the girl that was eyeing my mates comes up to me.

"Hi, I didn't get the chance to introduce myself earlier, but I have been gone for a while. My name is Samantha" she extends her hand and I shake it "Kitiana."

"Please Luna have a seat. I already have your food ready" she says and walks away before I can even thank her. I walk up to my mates and kiss them both on the cheek before siting next to Aiden. Samantha places a cup of coffee in front of Gavin and in front of Aiden. They both thank her and drink their coffee. They both give a weird look but continue to drink their coffee.

"My apologies they didn't have med-dark coffee so I just got dark" Samantha says to the twin.

"It's no problem" Gavin tell her finishing up the coffee. We finish up our breakfast and head out to the front yard while Gavin, Aiden and Kaleb head to the office. Mason heads out to check on how training is coming.

"So... how are you feeling?" Leyla asks while we walk for a little. I look at Jazmine and Elena to see they are watching me... waiting for my answer.

"I feel... incredible. I never thought it was going to be so... amazing" I blushed when the girls squeal.

"Wait were you a virgin?" Jazmine asks and my blush deepens giving her the answer. I look around at our surrounding and I remember I need to go home and check how things are at the house, plus I can get some of my workout clothes.  The twins bought me clothes, but none are for workout.

"I need to go to my place. I need to check how things are there and get some workout clothes" I voiced my thoughts.

"I would go with you, but I have a doctor's appointment to get to" Jazmine sounded disappointed.

"And I have to watch over the pups" Elena pouted.

"It's alright maybe you both can join me another time" I smiled at them both and they return the smile.

"Let's go back and tell our mates" Leyla said, and I agreed. The last thing I need right now is for my mates to go on a rampage looking for me. We walked back to the pack house where Jazmine and Elena parted ways with us. I knocked on my mates' office.

"Come in" I heard Aiden's voice from the other side. I opened the door and walked in with Leyla behind me. The twins look up at me when I enter the door.

"Hey, I don't mean to bother you, but I wanted to let you both know I have to go to my place to make sure things are alright. I'll be back within an hour" I said.

"Take two of our warriors" Gavin stated. Not wanting to argue about this I sigh before nodding. I turned around before I felt someone grab my arm. I turn to see Aiden.

"Aren't you forgetting something?" he asks arching an eyebrow. I push on my tip toes and kiss his lips. They taste like coffee with a hint of something I cannot place. When I pull away from Aiden I do the same to Gavin, the same taste on his lips. I'm not a coffee drinker so I don't know if it's the coffee but I have a feeling that other taste doesn't belong, but I just brush it off. I then turn around and head out with Leyla. Before we step out of the border two warriors are right behind us following us.

Thirty minutes later of walking we arrived at my small place. The warriors stay outside as Leyla and I walk inside.

"How long have you lived here?" she asks.

"A little over two years" I replied.

"I like it" she smiles, and I grab a small duffle bag and start putting clothes inside of it. Leyla had gone quiet and I look up to see she wants to ask something.

"Come on let it out" I say as I go back to grabbing some throwing knives.

"How come they haven't marked you?" she asked. I sigh sitting on my bed.

"I don't know. Maybe they wanted to do it when I wasn't in a haze. Maybe they wanted to make sure that it was what I wanted before we bonded?" I said, but deep down inside I had no idea why. They are my mates and no matter what I will be bonded to them. When I finish packing the stuff I needed I check around the house to make sure everything is good. When I finish I head to my room to get Leyla when I see her looking at a picture of my family. I see tears in her eyes when she looks up at me.

"I know I have a second chance mate, but I miss him. I miss him so much" she sobs, and I run to her side hugging her. I know how she feels and the best thing she can do is to let it all out. I sit her on my lap and rock her back and forth like Killian used to do to me to calm me down. After a while she sobs turn to hiccups. When she has finally calm down I tell her where the bathroom is and get her some water for her to drink. When she comes out I hand her the cup of water and drinks it.

"Thank you" she says handing the cup back at me.

"No need to thank me. I know how you feel. I've been there" I say kissing the top of her head "Now let's go back before our mates send the whole pack out to look for us." We both laugh and head out. While walking back we were talking to the warriors who are werewolves about training. I also got to know them and found out that they both have human mates and kids who are full werewolves. I also found out is easier for a werewolf to find it's mate than a Lycan, that's why Lycans usually choose a mate. Because it's so rare. Which got me wondering if my mates had someone before me. Aza, my wolf growls at he thought of my mates being with someone else. I start to get a pain in my chest, but I ignore it but it was getting worse, that's when Aza starts to whimper.

'What's wrong?' I ask her, but she ignores me. We finally reach our pack house. Jason and Jeff the pack warriors part with a bow. I go to knock on the door when Leyla stops me looking at me as I realize I'm still rubbing my chest from the pain.

"Why do you knock? They're your mates and also your office until you get your own" she states. She's right about it. I reach for the doorknob and my heart starts to race in my chest. The thought of seeing my mates had me smiling. Then a thought came to mind as I turn the knob.

"How about we have a barbe-" I stop mid-sentence when I see what's in front me. Now I understand why I was in pain. There is Samantha laying on the desk naked while Gavin is thrusting into her and she's sucking on Aiden's d**k. A strangled sob leaves my lips making Leyla push past me. Her eyes widen as the twins look at us. Leyla leaves pulling me with her. We run into Kaleb and Mason.

"What's wrong?" Mason asks Leyla. I can see the look of worry in his eyes as he looks at the both of us.

"The Alphas are cheating on our Luna with Samantha" she says while tears streamed down her face. I heard that pack members could feel the pain of their Luna, but I didn't think it was true until now. 

"What?" Kaleb shouts before moving passed us. Suddenly I hear shouting, a female yelp, and growls.

"That's why they didn't mark me. I'm so stupid" I breathed out.

"Kitiana-" I put a hand up to stop Leyla.

"Are you insane? After all these years you have looked for your mate you do this?" I hear Kaleb shout with disgust in his voice.

"Our mate?" Gavin questioned.

"Yes, she's your mate" Kaleb says pointing towards me.

"She's not our mate. She doesn't bare our mark" Aiden snarled in disgust at me.

"That's because you wanted to wait for the heat to be over before you ask her to bare your marks" Kaleb murmurs but I hear him clearly.

"Please" Gavin scoffs and my chest tightens at their words. I turn to Mason and Leyla "could you please escort me to the border please?" I can see the pain in their eyes as they both nod. My chest hurts so much from their rejection, but I'm not going to stay in a place where I'm not wanted. I turn and see the regret in Kaleb's eyes as I walk towards them. I bow my head in respect for their titles and my friendship with Kaleb.

"A-Alphas, Beta Kaleb" I walk pass them and head to the border. During the walk to the border everything was quiet. I could feel Mason, and Leyla behind me, but I didn't expect to see what I saw when I turned around. Mason, Leyla, Kaleb, Jazmine, Elena and half of the pack were walking behind me with tears in their eyes. Far behind them I could see my mates excuse me I meant the twins with Samantha. She had an evil smirk on her face. Leyla follows my line of sight before she says "I know she had to do something to them." That's when it hit me, but I couldn't be sure.

"Coffee. She probably did something to their coffee" I whispered.

"Are you sure about that?" Kaleb asks.

"I don't know. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I'm sure you don't make a face like they both made this morning during breakfast from the coffee not being med-dark" I said "or maybe they just don't want me as their mate." A whimper escaped me before I could stop it. I looked at my mates and I saw them tense before I looked away.

"Goodbye everyone and thank you for receiving me in your home with open arms" I gave Kaleb, Jazmine, Elena, Mason and Leyla a hug before I turned and started walking.

"Kitiana" Leyla called. I turned around to see her running towards me.

"I got this for you. I was going to give it to you later but is best now. It has your favorite music in there and our numbers are programmed in your phone already" she says handing me a phone "I will call you to see how you are doing. We'll figure this out" she promised.

"Thank you" was all I could say before I place it in my bag. I shifted to my wolf. I grabbed my bag by the handles with my canines before I took off as fast as I could not wanting to be there any longer. As soon as I was far away from them I let Aza take over. We stopped and she dropped the bag before howling. I heard others howl and I knew it was the pack. Aza grabbed the bag before pushing me forward and she disappeared into the back of my mind.

When I got to my home I collapsed in the entrance as everything around me went dark.
