Shelby's POV
Last night was amazing. It consumed my dreams. I've dreamed of him, since 3rd grade, being my boyfriend. I never imagined it would come to this. I couldn't have been happier or more amazed. I feel stronger. I can feel a certain power running through me I never felt before. Like my magic just intensified. The only bad thing about all this is I have no one to ask about it, because I'm the only one to go through this.
I got up and got ready. I'm hungry. I also need to talk to my Gammy. This is going to be the most awkward conversation I'm ever going to have. I'm guessing till maybe I have "The Talk" with my own kids. Telling my Gammy my flower has been watered or plucked. I don't even know the right thing to say. Ugh! I can't even say it to myself. How can I say it to her?
