Thomas' POV
We get up after that crazy night around 8am. I couldn't fully go back to sleep. Why do all my visions have to involve Shelby covered in blood? I just can't shake the thought from my head. I get out of bed and get ready while Shelby showers. We go downstairs to have breakfast with the others. Jackie and Liam are already at school.
"Ready for this ride?" James asks.
"Not really. We're going into unknown territory with unknown people, who happen to be vampires." I say honestly.
"Alpha in protective mode. They won't hurt us. Maybe we can learn from them." Shelby says rubbing my hand.
"You say that because you're about to become one." James chuckled.
"Well, whatever it takes to unify us." Jenna says. "I wonder what will happen once you awaken that side of you?"
