The crowd laughed at that remark, and so did Duncan. They got into position. Heiji on one side of the Arena, Duncan next to the Crystal.
He quickly gathered his Magic. "Oh, Fire from the Goddess, hear my call and gather on my hands! Fire Shot!"
The Princess remained utterly still, and when the Fire Shot got near her, she created a Fire Wall that quickly protected her. She then threw the same Magic against Duncan, and he barely had time to escape danger.
He tried again. "Oh, Fire from the Goddess, hear my call and gather on my hands! Fire spread!"
And again, his Magic was stopped by Heiji's Fire Wall. She then smiled, raised her arm, and created an enormous ball of Fire Magic, her Scorching Earth Magic. Again, Duncan was looking up at his certain death if he got hit.
