December 27th In the middle of the day, as I was driving my route, Nelson got on the bus stop in front of the Rite Aid store where he worked, along with another male passenger. He wasn’t wearing his vest, so maybe he was on a lunch break. The two men appeared to be on very good terms with each other. Nelson said nothing to me, simply tapped his card and found a seat near the back, as did his companion. Sure, he’d ridden on my route before, but he’d never once not acknowledged me in any way.
