The Alpha meeting is today. I blow out a nervous breath as I finish my morning run. Knowing this will end today and I will take control of my pack again. I cannot fail at that. My nerves are because Addi is coming along. Owen and I will be going as two of Lucas’s guards. I’ve grown my hair out so it can hide my face more. My beard already disguises me quite a bit as they’ve all told me. As added protection, Owen had called Veronique who had an enchantment to make us appear slightly different to anyone who is not family. We can break it at any time.
Addi is coming to show “Seth” what he let get away. Knowing my psycho uncle wants to kidnap her has me on edge. He could grab her and hurt her but she is stubborn and says she can come under all of our protection or on her own.
