Sipping my coffee and reading through pack reports, I feel an urgent link pressing in my mind.
'Dr.Morley, what’s wrong?'
'Alpha, someone broke into my office at the pack hospital sometime last night. I thought you should know first.'
Instantly I’m on my feet. 'Did they take anything?'
'They took Addi’s file, her paper one. They made a mess, but that’s the only thing missing. It has nothing in it. I kept all the info out and in a separate file under a fake name. Changed the dates too, so it looks like a typical nine month term pregnancy.'
Shit! Someone suspects she’s pregnant.
'Let me know if anything else is missing.'

Addi is at the training grounds. I race there, linking my head warrior to keep an eye on her. She sees me running and comes over immediately.
