"Chapter 4" The Golden Light

Esperanza's family was the only one who dared to intersect the borderline of the dragon's territory and bring water to the human world.
They earn from water and run a tavern where they sell alcohol and wine because his father has a garden of grapes where they grow a prosperous portion of grapes, and earn their living. Esperanza's parents can earn something for a living, while others from their group are so poor even they couldn't buy food for themselves. They sell water to those humans who have some resources to live their lives.
Esperanza's father was an honest and kind man, but if we call him an honest thief there is nothing wrong with that, he sold water to those people who could afford it but let it be free of cost for those who were in extreme poverty, some humans earned shekels by the slavery of dragons, and some humans sold humans to the dragons so they can get labor from humans.
In these years Esperanza's father also built a tavern that he robbed from the dragon's territory, in simple words, Esperanza's father Emerson is an honest thief.
His daughter Esperanza was the prettiest girl in their town, none of her gestures and features compel with her parents.
Every young as well as rich person wanted to get married to Esperanza but Esperanza was looking for someone special, that one who is kind like her, but in the whole town she never found someone like her type, everyone was greedy for her beauty, she doesn't judge people behalf of their face and physical structure the same she wanted to be with someone who is pristine and gracious like her.
That was the ordinary day when Esperanza was working in the tavern, which was the only place where wine and alcohol were replenished, by the reason Esperanza's father held a garden of grapes Esperanza didn't like this work but that was the rationale they earned more than any other lower class human in the town.
In the morning Esperanza unfurled her eyes because of the chuckling of birds, she looked through her one eye and smiled, then she opened up her green eyes and the rays of the sun made them sparkle. She was wearing a pure white long gown, it has long sleeves and long length.
She saw two birds rattling on each other She smiled and stopped her affable on them.
"Oh, again the quarrels," she let out in her melodious voice and tugged her hair back.
And swirled her hand to sort out the situation between two birds.
" Stop it, little ones, you have to go now," she made them scramble and suddenly her eyes went down.
She saw a man with black hair wearing some good attire a blue short fronted coat and fitted waistcoat worn over a white linens shirt, he has long handsome face with sharp cheekbones and a jawline, and his eyes looked drunk while he was gazing at Esperanza, he had sharp greek nose and plumped lips, he was tall and muscular and snatching every moment of Esperanza with his brown eyes.
"Oh, Gosh, not again," She swirled her eyes and was about to close the window when suddenly that man spoke in his manly heavy voice.
"Rise and shine my beloved," he let out and she rolled her eyes again.
"What's wrong with you Caspian, go from here," Esperanza let out in a rude tone and this wasn't partial to Master Caspian, Caspian was the son of a rich man in the town he had a killing look and girls die for him, and for his money but he dies for Esperanza who never counted him as anyone.
"This is my place, my beloved I can come here whenever I want, your father let me," Capsian let out with a smirk.
"I will really go and talk to my father, this is not a nice thing," Esperanza said and Capsian felt bad.
He loves her and executes everything she appreciates.
"Really?" He asked and she nodded.
"Okay, then my beloved I am leaving but come down I want to talk to you today," Caspian said and Esperanza swirled her eyes again.
"Okay, coming," she let out and Caspian smiled in a loving tone, she never said no to Caspian because his father and he gave a great profit to their tavern, by purchasing tremendous charge of alcohol and wine.
"What happened master, is she coming?" A man who was accompanied by Caspian asked, he was younger and handsome, he had a short cute nose and foxy eyes his lips were plumed, and and looked so cute and handsome at the same time.
" Yes, buddy how can I ask and she denies," Caspian said and that boy nodded.
"She is so beautiful take her before someone else would," that boy said and Caspian twitched his features.
"Mason, how dare you say that," he growled and Mason was frightened.
"I... I am sorry my master, pardon me," He let out and Caspian let him go.
"She is mine, just mine, I just dreamed of making her mine from my childhood to now, how can she belong to someone else, I will kill everyone who would try to think of that," Caspian let out in a thundering voice and Mason nodded.
"What is with this man," Esperanza gasped and went to change her clothes.
Her room was made up of wooden things, each and everything was polished and clean, that wood was shiny and beautiful, she had a single bed having a nice foam and white bedsheet on it and also on the side she had a nice plateau where she puts her things. In the front right side of the bed, there was her wooden almirah, where she had organized her clothes. On the left side of the bed, there were her windows along with curtains making it more ornamental.
In some distance, she has a small place where she can change her clothes and a receptacle where she stores water to wash her mouth and face.
She freshens up and takes a bath, most of the people can't take a bath here because of the lack of water but Esperanza can because her father never lets her crock's empty. Then she wears a gorgeous yellow gown that has long sleeves that bump from the shoulders and along with those she wears brown long boots that will make her look taller Esperanza has a beautiful medium height, she is not too short but not too tall, she was medium and that seems gracious.
She makes a half-up bun and places a tint on her lips and cheeks that her mother Miranda makes from berries.
She looks perfect and elegant, she comes down, and at the door of the entrance Caspian is waiting for her.
She looked forward and there was the room where her mother was sitting on a chair and sewing some clothes for her.
"Hey, Mother," She let out and Caspian glared out his eyes.
" Esperanza, when I said come to me then come to me," he growled and she turned her eyes to the entrance door, her house was small and easy to approach.
Her mother heard his voice and let out.
" Go, Esperanza, we can talk later, " Miranda said and Esperanza went out while gazing down.
Miranda and Emerson were scared of Caspian and his family because they had the power to destroy them, because of Esperanza's beauty and that dream of a relationship that Caspian wanted to continue with Esperanza Emerson and his family got some recognition.
"What do you want Caspian?" Esperanza asks in a low voice.
"You should ask me what I don't want from you," Capsian said and smirked.
" I mean what are you doing here early morning?" She asked.
"I am here? Huh? What a question! I am here to see my sun rising," He let out that cheesy line and Esperanza felt disgusted.
" Do you see your sun?" She asked and he nodded with a brilliant smile.
" Okay, then leave," She makes him feel dumb, and that moment she turns around he holds her hand and pushes her to himself.
"Caspian, this is too much, let go of me," she makes a disturbed face and tries to get rid of him.
"Esperanza, now you are grown up, and let our families decide what is right for us, I mean let them decide when we can get together forever," he let out and a shiver went through her body.
"Let go of me," Esperanza had nothing to say but a wish that someone would protect her from this.
" Are you excited about this, I am so excited to tell me you are excited, my love," Caspian asks she closes her eyes and thinks calmly.
" Yes, but let me go now, we will see what goes on," Esperanza said and Caspian's heartfelt butterflies everywhere.
He let go of her hand and she nodded at him she stepped forward away from his revolted personality.
"I don't like this man, how could he do this to me," Esperanza was in total frustration.
"I will tell Father what he did to me today," she let out but then thought for a while.
" Already he is in trouble, I am thinking more trouble for him, he is worried already," then Esperanza thinks that is good for everyone, and next time she will sort this problem on her own.
" How could he think that I am going to be his?" Esperanza was questioning herself and then she realized that everyone let him think of this he was the most handsome and rich man in the town and Esperanza was the most beautiful girl in the town, this match is fitted by people around them, also the fear that runs through lower class people.
" Oh, Gosh, maybe I can fly like those dragons, I will fly away from them," She cast a wish from her lips and a handsome gentleman opened his hazel eyes in his bed.
He was in a luxurious room, lying on a king-size golden bed with a pure white sinless bedsheet, the floor was made up of marble, and everything was set so meticulously in his room.
That young man had a muscular body and a tall height, and his face was extremely handsome he had pristine skin and dark brown hair, he had plumped pink lips, she cheekbones were high and his jawline was sharp he had a long face with a Greek nose and had cuts like Greek divinities, he was extremely handsome and enchanting.
"Master Ezra, open your eyes," A man said an old man who was introduced first named Raymond, who has the same personality as before the only one who got changed is Ezra who is now inclined to own the throne.
"What Raymond? This is so early?" Ezra frowned and opened his eyes a difficulty.
" My master if King Wayne sees you at this time of day he will scroll you, I must say," Raymond tells him the consequences.
"And today, it's your day to prove yourself, all the duties that the king does are going to be put on you to see if you are eligible to be king," Raymond says.
"I don't want to be a king, I am good as I am," Ezra replied.
" Do you want to hurt your father?" Raymond asks.
"That's the only thing I pushed myself to do this," Ezra said and Raymond smiled.
"That's it, get ready and come for a sovereign congregation," Raymond said and Ezra nodded.
"There is a big trouble, some fragile tiny things are sneaking in and stealing from us," Raymond said and Ezra wears a white shirt on his tobe body.
"What do you mean?" Ezra asks.
"I don't know, but someone has seen them, stealing from us," Raymond said.
"Who dares to do that?" Ezra was pumped with aggression.
" We want to catch him with all the proof, that's why we are waiting," Raymond said and Ezra nodded.
Esperanza was working in the garden, collecting grapes from the trees.
That garden was near the forest, and Esperanza liked that place because there was calmness, no one came here to disturb her.
She was collecting grapes in a bucket while signing a polite tone.
This garden was green and beautiful they had numerous trees of grapes.
"Laaa... Laaa.... Laaaa," she let out, and with that, she heard someone sobbing, that's not a human sob but an animal's.
She turned her eyes towards the forest and the sob started to get higher.
She ran towards the forest and saw a deer down with bleeding from his stomach.
She gasped and ran towards the deer.
"What happened to you little one," she was so frightened.
And suddenly she looked at her hands.
She places her hands on that deer's stomach and smiles a golden light comes from her hand and the deer feels relieved.
"Everything will get alright," She let out and the deer went alright.
The blood stopped and the deer opened his eyes.
"I told you," she smiled and caressed the deer's skin.
"Don't tell anybody," she said and the deer ran away, she looked around and stood up.
"Should I talk to mother?" She let out.
" No, they are in trouble they can get more worried about this, but what is this, why is this happening to me," Esperanza said with a gasp.
