Aurelia's Pov.
"Stop!" I yelled. Everyone turned to look at me, I stood there frozen and confused. Why is Gabriel pointing a gun at his own son? I thought to myself.Then, I saw a man behind Rocco, blood streaming from his fingers. What the hell is going on? I looked around, trying to make sense of what was happening. Before I could process what was happening, I heard a gunshot. I froze, my eyes wide as the man behind Rocco fell to the ground, unconscious. I screamed in terror, my heart racing.
"Stop shouting, Nuora (daughter in-law)," I heard Gabriel say, his Italian accent thick. But I wasn't listening. I kept shouting, my voice hoarse. I felt my body becoming weak, the room spinning around me. I saw darkness creeping in, and I felt myself falling to the floor. But before I c
