RAVEN’S POV
I grabbed her arm, not wanting her to leave just yet. To my surprise, she didn’t pull away, but she refused to look at me.
“Do you really have to leave now?” my voice almost shaking, not sounding like much of an alpha in that moment. He finally turned to me. Her facial expression was softer than what I was used to.
“Yes. Things have already gone too far between us. I need to leave now.” Her words cut me deep. After the night we spent together, she still didn’t want to accept our bond and be my luna. “Will you take me to my car?”
“Yes, of course,” I agreed, though I didn’t want to. I wanted her to stay in Silver Blood with me.
