Three weeks later Becca I have been a nervous wreck ever since I stepped foot inside the woman’s hospital today. A part of me had hoped that the pregnancy test might have been wrong and that once they did the ultrasound that it would show that I wasn’t pregnant at all and that the test was faulty or something. But that was not what happened. I was now lying back on a paper-covered table as the technician moved this insanely large wand inside of me. I didn't know this was how they did the ultrasound now. I thought it was on top of your belly, but the nurse had quickly reassured me that the internal ultrasound allowed them to get a better picture of the baby to make sure that there were no problems. “Do you see the little flicker there? That’s your baby’s heartbeat.” The nurse says as
