Monday Adrian I took a deep breath as I opened the door and walked down the all-too-familiar hallways of my former high school. Nothing has changed in the years since I went to school here. The red lockers standing out from the white walls only appeared brighter due to the multitude of lights from above. I stopped just outside of the athletic department door and admired the trophy case that sat in the middle of the display. It was the state championship trophy that my team won. We worked our asses off that year and made it 10-0. And that work had paid off when we made it to State and brought that trophy home finally.
