I have never expected any of this. I can’t say my heart filled with sadness or remorse, but I definitely did not expect to find her the way I did. Alone, abandoned, struggling to make ends meet and what not. I did not expect her to be much of a fighter either, but I guess that when life has been like this, you have to make something out of it, right?
She was so much smaller than she looked in the pictures I have been handed months ago. She barely reached the middle of my chest, and no matter the height of her heels, we could not see eye to eye. Despite her feminine appearance, the soft round curves, the rabbit like eyes, the way she always looked around in such a way that she always looked as if she was being watched, she was feisty.
