Jemma and I continued hugging for several minutes. I hadn't realized it, but I desperately needed a hug from someone. It seemed that it conveyed all the words I couldn't say, and all the feelings that were swirling around inside of me. It was interrupted too soon, by Bridgit walking in the room. We heard her footsteps and pulled apart just as she entered the room. She looked at us questioningly, but if something was bothering her, she didn't say. "We need to get back to the barn.
