Venus groaned, the morning sun had touched her skin as if it was an alarm for her body to wake up for the new morning.
She could feel that her body was still a little heavy, especially on the neck part where she winced in pain after her hands reached it.
After she slowly adjusted her eyes inside of the room, she felt a presence on her side. Venus knowingly smiled seeing Arthur there sleeping on the vintage red-like chair.
It made her heart skip a beat just thinking that he stayed here for the whole night watching over her to sleep.
“A-Arthur,” She softly called. He immediately woke up from her voice before he decided to rub his eyes.
“You’re awake, how are you feeling?” Arthur worriedly asked before standing up to get her some water.
She gladly accepted that before sighing deeply aft
