chapter 12
Alyssa pov,
i was still standing there when she walked away calling me a b***h. i knew she had married again and had a baby girl i knew she was here in the castle,. and i knew she wanted to talk to me, but i wasn't sure about what. i kept my distance and she did as well,
“Alright, well since the drama is gone let's look at this contract,” he sat down and started reading it., he signed each page as he read them, when he was done he handed it to me and i started reading it,
the first page was nothing but agreeing to the contract and i could mark out anything that i do not agree with, it stated my name and his and the witness that is his sister Janice, it went on about privcey in the kingdom and never betray the castle, i signed the paper and went on to the next, this one stated that i was the queen i would help others when needed i would also do what i was told to do, i started laughing at that part and marked that off, sorry but i do not play nice with others when they try and control, thats not happening at all, i lived on my own for to long to be told what to do and when to do it, i signed that one and went onto the next part, this one i could understand, but i will not hide, it stated that if there was ever a war i would go into the safe room and stay there until the war is over, i am free to roam around the castle, i could go anywhere and in any room i wanted, but there is one room that is locked and will stay locked, i marked out the one about the safe room, i looked up at him and told him,
“if there was ever a war, i will not go to any safe room, i will fight beside you, i will not hide so you can forget all about that, I signed that paper and went to the last one, it stated that we could have s*x only with each other, i was fine with that. But I still wanted my own room until I trusted him. I had my own bathroom in my own room. I will go to meetings with him, and I will tend to the new lunas, I smirked. on that one, but kept it to myself, then there was one that i did not like. it stated that i will not leave the castle at all, that was bull s**t, and i marked that out as well, that is a no go, I do not agree with that, and I marked it out even more. It also stated after three years I could either leave or stay. It was up to me. I will meet with the elders and state that I am his mate that we mated and marked each other, that's fine by me. I am here to help, then there's something that caught my eye. If i was ever with pup i must carry it to full term and we both take care of it. even if we have to coparent if i chose to leave, i was fine with that as well, i signed the paperwork and handed it to Janice, she signed it as well,
“Alright guys, the paperwork is done, i will file it and send a letter to the elders that the king had found his mate. you know it will take months maybe a year for them to come and see. so let's try and get along, because you never know when they are going to show up. She hugged me telling me she was happy that it was me that was her brothers mate. and not some snobby b***h that he chose, i hugged her back and said thank you. when she left i turned to him and he was looking right at me,
“im sorry but i will not be told what to do and how to do it, i lived on my own since i was only sixteen, that's not happening, i will not be going into no safe room if there was ever an attack or a war. i will fight by your side, and if you think i won’t leave this castle and go for my runs you have another thing coming, i go places and i have friends that i got to and visit, i will come and go as i please. i will be loyal and faithful to you, you do not ever have to worry, but i do have a life as well, so don’t try and control me.”
“Alyssa, i'm not trying to control you. I am trying to just keep you safe and alive.”
“I understand that you are trying to do that. But don't tell me how i can and what i can do. don't tell me i can’t leave this castle. because i will walk out of here and do what i want, i do have jobs that i do and that will not stop.” I could tell he understood. he didn't like it but he did understood.
Jaden pov
I did not like it one bit that she scratched out the ones I wanted her to agree on. When Janice left she spoke to me with a tone I did not like. But i understood how she felt, I wondered what jobs she had that she does, but if it's helping people i am all for it, i wanted to ask but i'll wait until she trust me enough before i ask her,
i got up from the table and held her hand,
“Come on. I want to show you your room,” She walked with me up the stairs to her room, i unlocked the door letting her inside first, she walked into the room i walked behind her shutting and locking the door. “I hope you do not mind. but the guards got your things out of your car and brought them up here. The help took care of everything. They hung and put everything away. but left one bag untouched. They placed it on the bed.” She looked around seeing the bag, she didn't look inside i will leave that for her when she is alone, “You have things in the closet that i bought for you when I saw the size of your shirt, Janice left and bought gowns and all kinds of clothes that she thought you would wear, the gowns are for dances and meetings, so don’t worry you don’t have to wear them all the time. Do you want to see?” she nodded and walked into the walk in closet to look around and sure enough there were tons of gowns and other clothes she was touching each gown and other clothes, i guess it was a lot for her since the guards said she had only four duffle bags full of clothes in her car, i wondered where she was heading to. yet again i wanted to ask her but decided not to since she is just gotten here, i knew my lycan wanted to talk to her, he has been watching her through my eyes since the time i marked her, he laughed at me when she told me i wont be controlling her, he said,
“I told you so.” i told him to shut up but he laughed at me and went back in my head, i think he has been talking to her lycan since he hasn't said anything else since we been together,
“Listen, how about after you meet the people, how about we go for a run that way our lycans can spend time together to get to know each other, i know you might be a little tired, but you can let her take control and you can rest,” She turned smiling as she walked out of the closet, she looked around and set on the edge of the bed,
I think that would be nice, I know Mariah had been wanting out to go for a run, i think tomorrow is a wonderful idea. I sat on the edge of the bed with her, I pointed at a door. That's the bathroom. I am sure you're going to love. and over there is the door to my room, you can come over there if you want, my wiggled eyebrows at her. she started laughing, i knew i needed her again, i picked her up and carried her to my room. I am hoping she decides to stay in my room. I opened the door and walked inside, i knew she had other clothes. But I don't want to rip the shirt or pants off of her. I hurried to take them off and then mine. she scooted on the bed. i climbed on her,
