Pierre answered the door. By now he and Kane were old friends. “Alpha Martin, Alpha Mate Kane, how are you this evening?”
“We’re good, Pierre. We went shopping for Yule today. My baby went all out. I think he emptied his bank account so he wouldn’t have to share it with me after we mate.”
Kane gave Gabriel a look of surprise. “What are you talking about?”
Pierre stared at Gabriel. “Didn’t he tell you? When the two of you mate, everything you own is considered joint property. Shame on you Gabriel.”
“He’s very touchy about money, Pierre, I was just picking my time.”
