J A M E S After our intense moment, it didn't take time for us to slip away into the arms of sleep. Unlike with other women whom I would never let sleep by my side, I allowed her. Usually, I never let anyone touch or stayed in the same bed with me, but she by my side, made me sleep soundly. The kind of rest and peace of mind I had with her, it has been ages since I experienced such. In so many years, today was the first time I slept at a stretch without any nightmare or banging headache. Her warmth, scent and breathing rhythm gave me some form of balance.
