After we spend time with Angelica, Amos heads for the trees. The whole time we are in the clearing, the smile never left her little face. "I told you she was ours", Clover says. "We still have to talk to her about that Clover." I swear I can feel her eyes rolling at my words. Hugo breaks through the trees and once he rejoins us, I head for the trees to shift. I dress quickly and when I step back into the clearing, Angelica is chasing Hugo. Her giggles fill the air. When she sees me, she rushes over and jumps in my arms. "Clover is awesome" she says and I smile. "Hey, not as awesome as Amos", Hugo says. Clover is prancing at the praise. "I'm going to go find Esme before our meeting", Hugo says.
