I woke up slowly to someone stroking my hair. I looked up and saw Lexi starting down at me, his sexy gray eyes still cloudy with sleep.
“Morning baby, did you sleep well?” Goddess, his voice sounds so deep and raspy with sleep, it's so fu.cking se.xy. I lifted my face for his kiss, which he willingly gave.
“I slept so well. How long have you been awake, love? You still look tired.” I caress his cheek with my hand, he nuzzles me and places a kiss on my wrist.
“I couldn’t sleep with strangers in our suite, even though I think Liam is telling the truth. We don’t know for certain.” I nod, “sorry my love, I shouldn’t have let them stay.....” he cuts me off with a kiss.
“You did the right thing, baby. He is your dad, but you know how protective I am of you. I kinda love you, you know.”
