STAR Watching Suzie run from Blain after giving him a knee in the nuts, I fu.cking told him to go easy with her; I followed her with my eyes as she crossed the room. She is grabbed by that Kai douche on her way out. There is something off about that boy. He and his mum transferred to our pack about six months ago. Something about his dad being a violent prick, I think. Max has pushed him off of her and is walking her out. Suzie’s shoulders are slumped, and it looks like she is crying. I look around the ballroom and lock eyes with Ace, blowing him a kiss. I point at the retreating backs of my best friends, and give him a wave. Smiling, he nods in understanding, sending his own kiss back, and I follow my girls. When I find them in the drawing room, Suzie is crying her heart out. Rushing
