Alissa's POV
I stared at the ceiling in my room.
Yes, me room.
The same one I've been sleeping in separately from Luke.
Despite being exhausted from the whole trip, I couldn't fall asleep.
I was still feeling nervous and anxious.
I sighed and sat up.
I looked around and I suddenly felt lonely.
A married woman spending a lonely night.
Story of my life.
I got out of bed and made my way outside.
I went through the hallway and went to the balcony.
The moon was very visible from the sky and it looked beautiful as it shone brightly up above.
I smiled a little.
Then, I felt someone's presence behind me.
"Why are you still awake?" he asked.
I didn't look back since I already knew who it was.
Luke, of course.
"I don't feel too good. I can't sleep" I said.
