Alissa's POV
I stood outside the big bedroom doors as I took a deep breath.
Then I placed my hand by the door and knocked before I held the door handle and pushed it open.
I peaked my head inside.
"Luke?" I called.
I looked around the room.
"Luke?" I called again.
I walked over to his bedside table and saw his phone there.
I kept looking around and even searched in the bathroom and the walk in closet for him.
He was nowhere to be found.
It's the last day before the wedding and Luke and I have yet to talk.
I rarely see him and he doesn't even bother to see me.
It's absurd how it feels like I'm the one chasing him now when he was the one who forced and dragged me here.
Luke wasn't in his room.
