Zane POV
Gave Madison a hug and a warm kiss, before sending her away with her warriors, heading to the mine to place cameras around. I made a big show of kissing her goodbye and walking away, heading towards the pack house. I walked through the pack house and out the kitchen doors, and hid in the treeline, just in time to watch Madison and her group leave. From there I waited for about five minutes and ten warriors from the Dark River pack headed in the direction that they had taken.
If I remember rightly, they were not going to spray themselves until they reached the river. From there they would spray and remove their scent, hoping they would think they had crossed the river and that is why the scent disappeared.
I head to Alpha’s office, where Mitch and Ryan are waiting with Dad.
