In that moment, I felt very afraid for Andrei and the fact that Gillian was so close to ruining his eyes with those eye drops.
Although my feet felt like rubber and my entire body trembled, I tore apart my nerves as I forced my body to pry itself off of the ground. After I managed to get up, I ran towards Gillian to get her off of him.
Andrei suddenly kicked into a higher gear as he grabbed the hand that was on his head and dragged her off him. I stepped back since it looked like things were getting physical again, but at least he wasn't in any more danger. I had a slight feeling he quickly turned the situation around because he didn't want me near Gillian.
