Chapter 7

1018 Words
Ricardo Half an hour later … I wake up feeling well rested. Even though I wasn't in my bed, I ended up feeling so good! I look at my mermaid and notice that she was sleeping so well that I feel bad about waking her up. But I had to take her away, and even though I didn't want to take her off my lap, I do it very slowly. My mermaid is still clinging to me. I smile when I see that she didn't want to leave me either. Even though she was in a deep sleep, she slept peacefully and peacefully. I get up and go to the phone, call the entrance and ask if my daughter is still there. I am told where she is and go after her. As I am going to meet her, I run into my friend William. — Hi, Ricardo! Where are you going? — Hi, William, what are you doing here? I thought you were sleeping! — I joke with him. — Hahaha , look who's talking! — I just woke up! — I confess, and I would like to stay there in my office with my beautiful mermaid. — Seriously? — the son of a b***h laughs. — Yes, but I remembered that I had to look after my daughter. He stops laughing right away. — Is Michelle here? — Yes, he came with Gabriela and a friend of theirs. — Uh, I know. — William, my friend, you wouldn't do me a favor, would you? - It is clear! — Couldn't you go to the VIP room and see if Michelle is okay? As much as I wanted to go see my daughter, I wanted to go back to my mermaid, I was already missing her. — Of course, no problem! I'll go there. — Thanks, I'll owe you one! — I thank her and go back to my office practically running. When I get there, Gabriela is sleeping. I go towards her to lie down next to her and I hear a noise from her cell phone. I realize that a message has arrived, and when I look at who it is from I am surprised. I'm taking Michelle away! I get worried and quickly send another message : Any problem? The answer soon comes: Don't worry, I'll take her home, she had a little to drink. Was she okay? I end up asking him. Yeah, she's fine, man! We're leaving, don't worry! And I was really calm. I had so much trust in him and knew he would take care of my daughter as if she were his own. When I was about to put my phone away, another w******p message arrived : Ricardo, is Gabriela still seeing you? Michelle asked. I reply saying that she was with me and that she was sleeping. Soon the answer arrives, which I end up laughing at: Oh, you stud, I can't believe it! Go for it, friend, you deserve it, it's time for you to be happy, and you can leave it to me to take care of Michelle! I send a thank you and turn off my phone, knowing that Michelle would soon be safe at home. I look at the woman who completely changed my life. I knew that nothing in the world would make us separate, and I would fight for her love! Yes, I am a man in love! I have never imagined myself liking another woman since I separated from Lara. In fact, I don't even know what I saw in her, or rather, I knew it was beauty, because her character was the devil's, and I thank God that she was far away from me and my daughter. I shake my head, making sure that nothing would get in the way of my relationship with my mermaid. I looked at the clock. I knew it was already very late and it was time for us to go home. “Home.” That sounded so good! It was as if Gabriela and I were already married and were going home. That, instead of scaring me, made me very happy. Before leaving , I ask the security guard to take my car and take it to the other exit. I didn't want anyone to see her sleeping. Before picking her up, I grab my jacket and throw it over her to protect her, and I leave with her carefully and slowly, always checking to see if she is okay. I head towards the entrance and realize that the door is already open. I thank God. I see one of the security guards waiting by the door of my car and, upon seeing me , he opens the door to the vehicle. I leave her lying down in front and put her seat belt on. I thank the security guard and ask him to let me know if there is any problem. He nods in agreement. I say goodbye and head to the car. I turn it on and drive off. I always check to see if Gabriela is okay. She was sleeping so well, so peacefully, that she didn't even realize what was happening. The traffic was good and it didn't take us long to get home . As soon as I pull the car into the street and park in front of the gate, it opens and I quickly enter. As soon as I park, I get out and open the front door, seeing that everything is calm, and I go back, pick up my mermaid and push the car door carefully so as not to wake her. I walk in with Gabriela in my arms and go up the stairs. I take my mermaid straight to my room, without blinking. I see the bedroom door open and go in with her. I sit on the bed with Gabriela and with one hand I pull the covers back. I get up and lay her down on the bed. Then she moves, and I think she's going to wake up, but she doesn't.
