The next hours were not easy for me. Imagine riding a horse with tied hands and all I could do was to stay within a soldier’s arms, which I hated the most. I didn’t know this man was hugging me so close as we galloped our way to the palace. The miraculous thing is that I was able to endure it though. If this was the former me, I would have fainted already. This only means that the training in Exercitatione did more than I could imagine. “We’re near!” one soldier shouted as we approached the gates of the palace.
