I stared at Irene’s face and felt her forehead to check how hot it was. I felt relaxed when I realized that the heat subsided. I laid my back and head on the wall. Suddenly, I recalled Chloe’s facial expression when she confronted me about allegedly kissing Irene. She really thought I did that on my own. I won’t mind her thinking like that though. Of course, I want to show everyone that I have this kind of feeling for Irene, but the situation is not right. I am not one who takes my chances on sick people. I am not an animal.
