The LaunchAfter luncheon the next day, we set off for the yacht launch in a stony silence. Tony hadn’t spoken to me since returning to the Manor, and I wondered how long he meant to continue. I wasn’t looking forward to this event. Tony never told me why he feared going, which worried me no end.
