I closed the door after hugging Gaby before I turned around to see Von and Lincoln staring at me intensely. The air was thick with tension. I walked closer to them slowly. I was hesitating and I didn't know why. As I approached them I couldn't seem to look at them directly. I just stared at the carpet until I was standing in front of the couch they were on. Standing right in between them. I cleared my throat and nervously looked back and forth at them hoping one of them would break the silence. Finally I decided to speak up.
"I-I just want to..." I was suddenly interrupted.
