Chapter9. Amelia and Liam

(Amelia)

It was now time to leave school and I called my dad and asked him if it was ok to go to the library for to study which he replied with a yes but I should be home by six so that gave me at least three hours alone with Liam. I hated lying to them but if this is what it takes to be with my boyfriend then I should just try and get over it. We were driving in a comfortable silence which was what I needed to think about exactly what I was going to do with Liam at his house. I hope he doesn’t expect anything from me because I was ready to loose my virginity as yet.

I’m still too young and needed to focus on myself first before jumping into something so serious. When we arrive at his house I got out of the car and took a look around. The place was gorgeous, almost similar to my house but mine was bigger thanks to dad and his way of spending money which wasn’t really my thing. He opened the door and told me that his sister would be home later but his parents were away on a work trip and wouldn’t be home for two weeks.

He told me to make myself at home and asked me if I needed anything to drink but I declined because I was a nervous wreck. I asked him to show me where the bathroom was because I needed to call Kayla and ask her for some advice as to what to do because I was alone with a handsome boy who is my boyfriend. I locked the door and took out my phone then dialed Kayla’s number, she answered it instantly while screaming into the phone.

“ what the hell mia!? I thought I told you to wait for me at the end of school but no you disappeared.” She said and I sighed as I took a look around the clean bathroom.

“ well I need to tell you something.” I whispered low enough in case Liam was the type to eavesdrop which I’m sure he wouldn’t do.

“ what’s wrong?” She asked and I sighed.

“ I’m at Liam’s house, I know what you’re thinking and no we aren’t going to have s*x because like you and Jason said before I’m still a virgin and I’m not ready for that as yet. He just invited me over so I could see where he lives and that’s all. But I’m scared of being alone with him and on top of it I had to lie to my dad about my whereabouts so he wouldn’t freak out.” She chuckled at my last statement because everyone knew dad and knew what he was like.

“ just take a deep breath and enjoy your time with Liam. Like you said you aren’t going to do anything with Liam so why are you so nervous? Just enjoy yourself for now and get to know each other better if that’s what you’re really there for.” I rolled my eyes because I knew what she meant by that.

“ not gonna happen Kayla and thanks for the advice now I have to go before Liam comes barging in here.” We hung up the phone and I walked out of the bathroom and went in search of Liam.

I was a nervous wreck deep down inside because for once my girlfriend is finally here in my home and I didn’t really know how to act around her. I might have this bad boy aura that everyone talks about but when it comes to mia I’m a wuss. I guess Bran was right, I was getting soft around her too soft for my likings and maybe I should change but deep down I didnt want to. I like the way I am around her, I enjoyed spoiling her and holding her and if no one likes it then so be it she is my girl to take care of. I was in the kitchen getting something to drink when I was wondering why mia was taking so long in the bathroom and decided to go and see if everything was ok but she chose that moment to appear with a smile on her face.

“ ok so what do you want to do now?” She asked and I started taking slow steps towards her, it’s as if she sensed what I was doing because she started backing away from me until her back hits the counter.

“ let’s put your dad’s rules to the test.” I said and slammed my lips on hers. I kissed her with everything I have in me enough to show her that she’s mine and not even her father can tell me what I can and cannot do with her. We were kissing for what seems like hours but in reality it was minutes when we were interrupted by the loud clearing of a throat which had us jumping apart. Ava started laughing which irritated the hell out of me because she had such bad timing but also proved to be useful since my erection that I was sporting from the kiss is now gone.

“ oh don’t mind me I’m just getting something to eat then I’ll go lock myself up in my room. I’m Ava by the way and you must be Amelia, Liam’s been talking about you a lot saying how you are his crush and all and he’s happy you finally gave him a chance. Well it’s nice to finally meet you in person.” Ava said and I growled because she was embarrassing me in front of mia who decided to laugh at the look on my face. I have a feeling these two were going to be friends and honestly I’m not sure if I want that because Ava is a little trouble maker.

“ it’s nice to meet you as well, Liam told me about you and said we were the same age.” Ava nodded her head and they continued to talk as if I wasn’t there, I had to be the bad guy and break them up or else it seems as if they would just go on and on and I only have about two hours left with Mia so I wanted to make the most of it.

Ava being the smart one, told us she would just come back for her dinner and left. Mia seems to be enjoying herself and laughing at my expense which was a bit irritating of course. But how do I tell her not to laugh at me when I get to hear her beautiful laugh? Beats me. Well at least my sister didn’t start telling embarrassing stories of me when I was younger just like what she did when she met Sam and bran. She and my parents loves to embarrass me a lot but if it’s a way to make them happy then so be it.
