Chapter 4 Sadie, Lucas, Nikolai and Isabella

Chapter 4

Sadie P O V

Hi my name is Sadie Sink I am a journalist I love my job but sometimes I hate it because I have to do weird things to get information’s about the superstars like I have to follow them, see where are they going and also if they are at a party then I have dress up like a waitress and moany more things and that`s hard and the worst part is my name is nowhere like I do the hard work but our seniors take the credit and they don`t even feel guilty about ughh why am I talking about my boring life. I was sitting at my desk and suddenly my boss came out of her cabin.

“SADIE MY OFFICE NOW,” My Boss said to me in an angry tone and went to her office she was sitting on her big chair and I was just standing there “where is the news,” she asked me in a fussy tone I rolled my eyes “I am tr--” I was about to say that I am trying and I will get the information by tomorrow but she cut me off “stop giving me excuses” my boss took a pause and then she said “ok forget about your last mission I have given that to Sarah,” she said in a calm tone I was shocked

“why?” I asked her and then she gave me the biggest mission which I don't think I will achieve “because you have a new mission and that is to get a picture of Hendrix Knight he is famous and no one has seen his face so find him and get a picture of him this way our news channel will be higher than anyone and do get information about his group members too” she said to me I rolled my eyes.

Is this a new way to fire me because I know I will not be able to get his picture and then she will f*****g fire me wow just wow “why me?” I asked her in a serious tone “because I know you can do this” she said and smiled at me evil b***h I passed her a fake smiled “Ok I will try,” I said in response “I don`t want your try I want the results… now leave,” she said to me and I went out of her office

Ughh why me God why what wrong did I do that you have to do this with me in place of his picture I feel I should try finding a new job because I am sure I am not going get his picture with this thought I went and sat on my chair and Isabella called me I quickly pick up the call and she told me she got the job I was happy for her. She really worked hard for this after that we decided to meet and celebrate

Time skip

After work, I went to the restaurant we enjoyed there and went home

One week skip

In this one week, I helped Isabella to set her new house her house was in a building that had furnished apartments. The house was beautiful it had two rooms and I especially loved the kitchen it had a black counter and white drawers. And within some distance, there is a dining table also. I helped Isabella doing other work. Isabella and I were at her new home we both were sitting on the sofa and warching TV it was already night so I decided to stay with her "well I like your kitchen alot" "you can come here and cook anything you want" Isabella said "well I know you won't stop me from cooking and you won't even use this kitchen a lot as you don't know how to cook" I said with a teasing smile "Sadie" Isabella said in an anger tone "I know how to cook"

"don't lie you don't" I said "I don't how will your boyfriend or husband wil survive after eating food" I teased her and she glared at me and I laughed. I controlled my laugh and asked "but what will you eat" I asked her "I can eat outside food" she said "ok" I said "Sadie relax I can ask mom to send Sophia here or I can cook by looking at the videos from YouTube" Isabella said and then we both watched TV and after that we wnet to sleep.

Next Morning

I was sleeping when someoen started to wake me up "Sadie get up" "Isabella let me sleep" I said "get up otherwise you will be late for work" the moment I heard that I opened my eyes and sat on the bed "good morning" Isabella said "good morning" I said "I have taken out a dress for you so get ready and come down for breakfast" Isabella said. I went to the washroom, got ready and then went to the breakfast table. I sat on the table and I looked at the bowl "what is this" "it's oatmeal" Isabella said while checking her phone it doesn't looks like oatmeal.

I was just looking at the bowl when Isabella fake a cough I looked at her and she glared at me “I don't feel like eating anything" I said to her and she pointed at the bowl with her eyes "Isabella your the worst cook ever" I said "eat it" she said in fake anger tone and I had to eat it.

I began to eat the breakfast and I remembered something " Ohh yes I forgot to tell you about my new mission, I have to get a picture of Hendrix” I said and waited for her reaction “did you heard me” I asked her Isabella looked at me with wide eyes “did you got his picture show it to me” she shouted and jumped on me

“no not till now” I shouted and said to her “what when will you get it,” she asked me in an impatient tone “I don`t know and I don`t think I can because you remember once a reporter tried to take his photo and he broke his camera,” I told her she looked shocked “have you ever thought why he hide’s his face,” I asked her “no,” she said in a simple tone “what if he is ugly then,” I asked her and she smiled “Sadie I don`t love his face I love his voice. It`s so beautiful that anyone can fell for him and it don`t matters how he looks,” she told me “aww so cute,” I said “ok now I can't drop you at the office because I will be late. I am really sorry" I said "it's ok" Isabella said with a smile.

I went to her and hugged her "best of luck for your first day and your looking beautiful don't worry everything is going to be fine at work" I said as I know she wasn't showing but she was really nervous about going to work "ok bye I am getting late, you stay here and think about Hendrix I am going to find who is Hendrix Knight so bye,” I said and took my purse “bye” she shouted back

I reached my offie and I was trying to get as much information about Midnight Buzz. I had send my one of the collegeue which my cameraman to get information about all the memebrs of Midnight Buzz like where they usually go for clubbing and other things.

Time Skip

It was ten and I called Isabella to ask her how is her work going. I talked to her for some time and then she cut the call.

"Hey, I got an information maybe it will be useful" Liam my cameraman was standing near my desk "what?" I asked "Lucas usually goes to wolf and deer bar," Ugh Liam got information about him why? I thought "I am trying to get more information from the other news and social media," I said to him and continued doing my work. Liam got a chair and helped me.

Time Skip

Liam and I sat in the car “so how are we going to start,” Liam my cameraman asked, as soon as I sat in his car “we will go to wold and deer bar," I said with a smile. After so many years I am going to see him. I never thought I would meet him like this relax Sadie you are going there only for work nothing more nothing less I said to myself “only VIPs can go there not us” he informed me I passed him a bag it had waiter’s clothes “what is this?” he asked me I hit him on his head with my hand “you i***t we will wear this and get in and try to get some information,” I told him and rolled my eyes “good idea,” he said.

Time skip

Before going to the bar I went to a mall and there we used the washroom and changed our clothes. After that, we reached the bar and somehow manage to get in the whole bar was empty and dark I couldn`t see anything “hey you stop” a man called us from behind and we both stop did they got to know that we don`t work here he came and stopped in front of us he looked like the manager of the bar “you” he pointed his finger at me “yes” I said in a full confident tone

“you wear this dress and serve drinks in room 14 last room,” he said and I nodded and he left “are you really going to go there,” Liam asked in a worried tone “it`s ok I can do it,” I said and I went to the washroom to change my dress ohh God how many times do I have to change this is the 3rd time ughh I took of the waiter’s dress and wore the dress which the was short and tight it could hardly covering anything I came out of the washroom and Liam was waiting outside he scanned me from tip to top I hit him on his head “behave”

I said to him and he looked down he gave me the tray full of drinks I took it “wear this necklace it has a camera in it” Liam said and I gave the tray back to him and I wore the necklace and walked to room 14 I knocked and went in and looked around but Lucas was not there f**k did he got to know I was coming here. I looked to my left and saw a guy sitting there he looks like Leo my secret boyfriend he doesn`t like meeting anyone and he is kind of shy so I didn`t even tell Isabella about him till now.

What was he doing here I was about to call him a name but what I saw next shocked me he was kissing a boy he is gay the tray fell from my hands and that`s when they realized that even I am here he looked at me I turned around and left the room tears were flowing from my eyes

“Sadie” I heard Liam`s and Leo's voices but I didn`t stop I kept walking away from the bar. I was feeling suffocated there I couldn`t breathe I was running like a crazy woman on the road while running I heard a car honking which just crossed the road. Then I heard Liam`s voice “stop Sadie” he shouted and I stopped in the middle of the road and looked at him and suddenly I heard a horn I looked in front and saw a bike was coming towards me I couldn`t move “Sadie move” Liam shouted but I couldn`t I was frozen there.

I shut my eyes but nothing happened to me I opened my eyes and saw the bike went from my left and fell on the ground with the bike man I looked at him and ran to him he didn`t move is he dead I removed his helmet to check where he got hurt and I was shocked it was Lucas, he fainted Liam came to me “are you ok?” he asked me I nodded “this is Lucas right” he asked me “yea call the ambulance quickly” I ordered him “wait I will get my car” he said and ran off “hello wake up” I said and slapped his face “wake up Lucas” but he didn`t move oh God I hope he isn't severely injured. Liam came and we put him in the car and took him to the hospital

Lucas P O V

I was at the bar when I got a call from my dad he ordered me to come home because he had kept some business party and he wanted me to be there so I have to go ugh this is so boring there is no beautiful girl I left my VIP room and got ready to leave just went I reached near my house I realized that I forgot my phone because of that, I had to go back while going back I saw a girl standing in the middle of the road what the f**k if she wants to die she should jump from a building not die by coming under someone’s bike I pressed the horn for her to move but she didn`t while trying to save her I lost my control on my bike and fell I could hear someone shouting my name and slapping me but I couldn`t open my eyes or move.

Isabella P O V

One week skip

In one week I shifted to my dad friend’s flat it was a big place and it was a duplex apartment. It had an indoor staircase in lower floor there was living room, one room, a kitchen and the second floor of the house had two rooms and there was a balcony in my room just like my old room which made me happy.

Sadie, mom and dad helped me setting my things and then my parents left while Sadie stayed with me. I went to sleep in my room and Sadie went to sleep in other room. I laid on the bed and thought from tomorrow I have to even start going to work. Over there I have a chance that I will meet Hendrix or I will get a chance to sing with him ohh God I really hope this happens with this awesome idea I went to sleep and I was excited for the next day.

Next morning

After dragging myself out of the bed I showered and got dressed in my work clothes I wore a black t-shirt with a pale pink pencil skirt and I woke up Sadie and I also made breakfast for both of us which bowl of what was supposed to at least resemble oatmeal. I knew Sadie won't eat but I forced her and she made a very bad face while eating at it. I felt like laughing and then Sadie told me that her new mission is to get a picture of Hendrix oh my God I was in shock when she said that as I want to see his face.

I really hope Sadie does find his picture so that I can see his face I know he hides for some reason but it`s ok to show who you are but what if he doesn't wants to will Sadie be right if she showed the world his face when Hendrix doesn't want it to happen?. I was really nervous about going to work  Sadie got, she hugged me and said best of luck and then she left for work. After eating my breakfast I wore my black heels and picked my golden chained blacked purse and left the house.

I caught the bus on time as I didn't wanted to be late for the job on the first day. I got down from the bus my hair was down and for a moment I regretted my decision not to pull it up into a bun as because of wind my hair was coming on my face which was irritating me. When I entered the office the smell of coffee filled my senses which caused a smile to paint across my face

I went to the reception “hi I am the new assistant of the CEO” I said to the lady she looked at me and smiled “Isabella right” she asked me I nodded with a smile “yea you can go to the floor 10” she said and I entered the elevator and pressed 10th floor. I reached the floor and the moment the door opened I got nervous oh God I want to go back can I? NO Isabella you can do it let`s go I took a deep breath and I came out of the elevator. I looked around this place had only three desks and then CEO`s office

“hello,” I whispered and the employees looked at me “good morning sir” they greeted sir I thought and turned to look who it was it the same guy from the interview he crossed me and went to his office one more guy came and they all again greeted him now who is the boss or who is my boss I thought “I am not your boss I have high standers” the guy who came first said to me and left f**k your standers asshole

“Hi I am Emily” one of the woman came to me and introduced herself “hi I am Isabella the new assistant,” I told her “I am sir Elijah’s assistant,” she told me “come I will show you where you will be sitting,” she said to me and started to walk and I followed her “this is your cabin as its near Nikolai sir's cabin and I have a separate cabin which is near Elijah sir's cabin and if they need anything they will call us but before that you should go to your boss and meet him,” she said in a sweet tone and I smiled “ok thank you,” I said and went to my boss`s cabin I knocked and entered in the office “Good morning sir I am Isabella I am your new assistant,” I said to him he looked at me oh man.

He is f*****g gorgeous and he still looks the same as I saw him the first time during the interview he is handsome in every sense of the word. I could tell that he takes care of his body a lot as he has a well-built body with sculpted muscles I could make out that through the snug fit of his navy blue coat he was wearing and a white shirt underneath and navy blue pants. He has clean-shaven and his lips were drawn in a thin line while his icy blue eyes were as cold as a winter`s night.

He is f*****g attractive I couldn't take my eyes off him “you won`t last more than a week,” he said oh his voice is so sweet and authoritative I came out of my dreamland when I realized what he said did I heard something wrong he can’t say that to me on my first day “sorry excuse me what did you just said sir,” I asked in a polite tone I had to as he was my boss, “I said you won’t last more than a week in this office” I was shocked after hearing that what the hell “why?” I asked him “I can fire you anytime,” he said in an arrogant tone

“you can`t just fire me without any reason,” I told him in a clear tone “I can I am the boss,” he told me in an irritated tone “yes you are but you have signed a contract with me for 3 months so you can`t,” I told him and smiled I won Isabella 1 BOSS 0 “ok then I will not fire you but you will leave this company,” he told me in a challenging tone “I will not,” I said to him in a confident tone “ok now you can go back to your cabin,” he said

and I left his office asshole God gave him good face handsome body but his attitude is worst his way of speaking is worst the moment he opened his mouth the only thing I was thinking was how to shut it but I can’t do anything as he is the boss ugh I hate him “I hate you” I said to his door

Suddenly heard someone clear their throat behind me my blood ran cold for a second I turned around to face the owner of the cleared throat. It was Elijah I smiled “hello Ms…” his voice hung waiting for my response “Anderson" “hello Ms. Anderson you hate him” he repeated my words. I just looked down “I don`t hate him and I don’t know what you are saying sir” I replied to him and was about to go

“wait” he shouted I stopped and turned around to face him again he raised his hand and moved my hair from my neck I moved a little back weirdo I thought and he smiled even though his smile was cute I had anger expression on my face as he can't just touch me like that.

Elijah P O V

I reached the office and there I saw the girl who Ava gave the job of Nikolai’s assistant what was her name forget it, for now, I will call her two degrees girl as she had two degrees one business and other music I thought and she looked at me with a confused expression she was trying to think who is her boss “my standers are high” I said to her and left from there and she frowned but I didn`t care I went to my cabin after some time I came out and there I saw her again

she was showing her middle finger to Nikolai`s door I hate you she said to him I clear my throat to get her attention she got scared but she didn`t show that. I repeated her words and she acted like she didn't know what I was saying and started to leave just then my eye when to her scar it was at the same on the place like her I stopped her and moved her hair and looked at the scar more carefully she moved away from me and I smiled but she had an angry expression on her face “sir what are you doing space please” she said

“What is your name?” I asked her “why are you also going to fire me?” she asked me before I could answer “whatever my name is Isabella done now I am going bye,” she said and left from there leaving me alone smiling ohh my cute childhood friend hasn`t changed I thought and smiled and I went happily to my office.

Nikolai P O V

I woke up in the morning I don’t stay with my parents as I felt that the house is far from the office and the music studio so I bought a duplex apartment which has two floors with indoor staircase. The fisrt floor of the apartment has a living room, kitchen, and one room and the second floor has two rooms. As I found the room was small in first floor. I took the bedroom which was upstairs. My room is big it has a walk-in wardrobe, washroom, and a black color bed in the middle and there is also a balcony. The apartment is a little bit near the company and Blue sing.

I have been staying here for three years and thankfully until now, no reporter has come to where is my home and I go to meet my parents sometimes during the weekend or when I get time. My parents right now are enjoying the alone time they have got especially after dad handed his all the business to me. I woke up and I went to the washroom I got dressed in my office clothes and then went down for breakfast the worker kept the breakfast in front of me.

I ate it and then I left my house the car was waiting for me at the door I sat inside the car in the backseat and the driver begin to drive the car. I reached the office and saw Elijah was standing with my new assistant everyone greeted me and the new assistant had a confused expression on her face I straight went to my cabin as I knew that Emily would guide her.

After few minutes I heard a knock on my door and before I could say come in Isabella just entered the cabin. She didn’t even wait for my reply. She introduced herself I looked at her and saw that she had kept her hair down and she was wearing a black shirt with I don’t know what shade of pink color the skirt was but I know one thing she was looking beautiful in that dress.

Isabella was just staring at me and I kept my face straight then I said that “you won’t last more than a week” at first she couldn’t believe what I said I again repeated “I said you won’t last more than a week” she asked why and then I reminded her that I am the boss I can fire her anytime I want and Isabella reminded about the three months contract f**k I forgot that Ava made her sign the contract right after the interview. Ugh Ava I don't why on that day Ava was in so hurry to appoint Isabella as my assistant

and then I said that she would leave the company on her own in a challenging tone but Isabella was determined that she won’t. Then I told her that she should go back to her cabin and she left my cabin. I don’t know what Ava saw in Isabella that she made her my assistant but no matter what it’s true that Isabella was looking beautiful in her office attire I thought, wait what am I thinking. Nikolai doesn’t think about her and start doing your work I said this to myself and then I began to do my work.
