I could see the judgment in their eyes…they were all suspicious of my character.
“She spent the night with you?” David Cruz twitched a brow.
My soul was horrified.
I noticed the corner of his lips curled as if he was enjoying it. What he said wasn't entirely wrong, but his tone definitely was.
