Gabi’s POV
Before I nodded off, Luna Liz had me rescind my position as a member of the pack. I did it, and I felt a weight off of me at that time. I also heard a faint yell coming from the packhouse and I saw Luna Liz purse her lips about two minutes later, but she said nothing to me about it. I see Beta Lewis glance over to her and I hear her say in a low tone, “Do not answer him. I told him I was visiting my sister in San Francisco. I do not want him to know where I am taking Gabi. Do not answer either of them if they mindlink you. I can Luna command you if you feel better about it. But I just realized what is going on here with Monty, and I cannot allow it.
