"Hey, wife to earth," I heard Lucas say. That puts me back to my senses.
I can't still believe how fast things happened. After our first wonderful night in the hotel, Lucas never let me out of his sight. He insisted that I should resign from my work and live with him which I did. I love him so much that I could leave everything behind just to be with him.
We just got back from London where we got married. I'm shaking my head while looking at the ring in my hand and thinking about how fast everything passed right into my eyes. The next thing I knew is that I was with Lucas in London because he didn't want to leave me in the Philippines for a month.
