"You go, you are mine." The rogue in front of me said. He is over six feet tall and around one hundred and eighty pounds. He has long strawberry blond hair and grey eyes. Tats cover his chest and arms and he has abs that go one for miles. He is the most beautiful man I've ever seen.

Stacy is pulling me away from the rogue but he quickly pushes her out of the way and lifts me over his shoulders. I begin to hit his back and kick my legs and in response to my actions, he s****s my ass. "Knock it off or I will punish you."

I stop cause I'm in total shock. He begins to run and the rogues begin to retreat from the pack. What the hell.

"Why did you take me?"

"You are mine."

"No, I am not. I am nobody's anything. Release me now!"

"You are mine. End of story." And he ran even faster. Great.

There was nothing left I could do. So I would just save my energy until I can escape. He ran forever. My body began to get uncomfortable. "Can you please let me down so I can walk around? I'm getting cramped up and I have to pee."

"No, we are almost there. Would have been fast in wolf form but I don't mind."

"You are being an ass!" I screamed and he chuckled. "Prick"

Finally, after about twenty minutes we arrived at what looked like a packhouse. People were walking around and when they saw us they bowed. Can you believe it, they bowed. What the hell. He went up two flights of stairs and opened a door and finally let me down.

"Bathroom please." I was about to burst. He pointed to a door and I ran for it. As I sighed in relief I could hear him laughing. This beast was going to be the death of me. I'm not sure what is so funny but he will not like me when I am done with him. I walked out of the bathroom and there he was laying in the bed in just shorts. At least I don't have to stare at his butt anymore.

"I want to go home."

"No can do."

"Why and don't tell me it's because you are mine crap again."

"What does your wolf say?"

"My wolf is gone," I said looking down at the cherry hardwood floors.

He got up from the king-size bed and walked over to me. He pulled my chin up to look into my watery eyes. "What do you mean she is gone?"

"My mate he rejected me, beat me, and banished me all on my seventeenth birthday. The pack you took me from found me and helped me. Their doctor said that she is in the far depths of her mind and is afraid to come out. I have no connection to her and I have no connection to the pack. I had no clue you were attacking because my mind link is gone. I miss her." Tears began to slide down my cheek.

He brushed my tears away and hugged me. "What is your name sweetheart?"

"Katherine and what is your name?"

He didn't let go of me and rested his head on mine. "Ryan Knight."

"Why did you attack my pack today?"

He finally let me go and stepped back. "They had you."

"Why did you want me?" I said as I crossed my arms over my chest.

He walked over to the closet and began to put other clothing on. "You are mine and you are to stay in this room." He walked out of the room and locked it.

I ran to the door and tried to open it. It was indeed locked. "mother fucker!" I screamed. I paced back and forth and finally went to the bed and fell asleep.

I had to leave the room. My wolf Luca was upset. She is my mate and can not feel a mate bond. Her wolf is gone and I'm not sure what to do. I want to kill her ex-mate for what he did to her. I will ask her who he is but right now I need to get Luca under control. I do not want to scare her.

I walked to the pack hospital to ask Faith about what happened to Katherine's wolf.

"Alpha what can I do for you?" Nella the nurse asked.

"I need to see Faith in her office."

"I'll let her know you are there." She said as I walked towards the office.

I sat in the chair in front of her desk and waited for her.

"Alpha," she said as she walked in. She is five foot nine and had black hair and very dark brown eyes. "What can I do for you?" She said as she sat down.

"I brought a young female back with me today. She is my mate but her wolf is gone. There is no bond on her end and Luca is angry. I need to know how to bring her wolf back and for her to have the bond."

"Well did she have some sort of trauma?"

"Yes, she said her mate rejected her, beat her, and banished her from the pack she was with. Her wolf disappeared and has no comeback."

"In cases like this, her wolf is there but too afraid to come out. The wolf can see and hear everything but must be coaxed back for her to be able to move on. If the wolf stays in that state the wolf will eventually die and could kill her. You must get both the human and wolf to trust you. Do not force anything on her and congrats alpha on finding your mate."

"Thank you, Faith. So what do you suppose I do?"

"Date her, let her know what your intentions are and eventually she will trust you."

"Thank you."

"Anything else?"

"Nope, I'm good. How is my pack doing medically wise?"

"Great. Ginger is expecting her pups any day now and only four wolves were injured today."

"Sounds great thank, you Faith."

I left the hospital and made my way back to my room. I knew she would be mad but I will earn her and her wolf's trust. I will bring her wolf back and she will be my queen.

I opened the door and the woman who holds my heart is passed out on my bed and sleeping on my pillow. She is so beautiful. I took off everything but my boxers and climbed into bed and holding her close to my body. I let sleep t
